The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying a fairly nice area, so close to a break at Pakbeng, the valley, and the river. We booked a villa, it was complete with nice view and great beds, for instance. The restaurant had a wide range of delicious meals for breakfast.

I recently stayed at Le Grand in Pakbeng for a couple of nights and it was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, especially the daily manager. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views everywhere, even from the shower in my room! The room was modern and well-appointed, and the grounds were gorgeous. The infinity pool overlooking the Mekong River was a highlight. The staff were attentive and accommodating, even providing a golf buggy for transportation and allowing me to charge expenses to my room. a fantastic experience!

We recently stayed at a budget hotel along the Mekong River, and we were pleasantly surprised by the location. Situated between the pavers, we had a stunning view across the river. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large floor-to-ceiling window. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, offering great service and attention to detail. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. it was a great experience.
On the downside, we found the hotel to be a bit far from the main part of town, requiring a shuttle or walk to reach.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. The daily manager went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views from every angle, including from inside the shower in our room. The location is perfect, and the hotel staff all speak English and are ready to assist with anything you need. The air conditioning worked great, the bed was comfortable, and the surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. The restaurant served delicious food, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Incredible place, helpful staff, beautiful room, stunning view, private hot tub.
Nothing to complain about at all.

A thriving oasis with gourmet dining, panoramic pool, and helpful staff. Endless activities, from cycling to swimming, plus free Wi-Fi and barbecue grills.
Who needs good food or a working jacuzzi when you have noisy construction and an uncomfortable walk to the pool?

The location and the stunning view from the individual villas overlooking the river were incredible. The outdoor infinity pool was also a highlight and provided a perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. the staff, particularly the daily manager, were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that we were happy and well taken care of throughout our stay.
The lack of accessibility for people with mobility disabilities was a major drawback. The steep stone steps leading to the dining area and the lack of handrails made it difficult and potentially dangerous for those with limited mobility.

The hotel's commitment to supporting the local community and schools was commendable. Despite a few minor issues that were quickly addressed, my overall experience was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Had a decent Christmas experience at the hotel. The food was spot-on and the staff was very attentive. The hotel was located in a picturesque, idyllic location with breathtaking views of the river and surrounding areas. The pool was also a highlight - incredibly clean and well-maintained, perfect for lounging around on a hot day.
The rooms were far too expensive in relation to what was offered. the facilities were quite dated and in need of some TLC.
